The problem
Healthcare still has no steady way to grow excellence for everyone who needs it.
Too many important roles are still learned through inconsistent onboarding, shadowing, and months of unreadiness. Too much training checks attendance instead of readiness. Too many capable people cannot prove their readiness show what they can do. Too many leaders have to guess who is ready.
